Career Navigator for December 2025

25 Years of Transformation

A New Look. A New Career. A New Future!

November and December weren’t just another month. It was a testament to what's possible when community comes together. Because of your support, we witnessed transformation, celebrated a major milestone, and prepared for the future.

This milestone belongs to everyone who has invested in this mission. For a quarter century, supporters like you have made it possible for Tailored for Success to show up for our community.

November's anniversary celebration brought together:

  • Long-time board members and community partners

  • Representatives from MassHire Metro North and the Malden Chamber of Commerce

  • The Mayor, demonstrating community-wide support

  • Dedicated volunteers who received our first-ever Founder's Award

Amanda Smith and Aricia Symes-Elmer were honored for three years of consistent service running weekly workshops and supporting clients in our Woburn Career Closet. Their commitment reflects the same spirit you show every time you invest in our work.

25 years. Thousands of clients. Countless fresh starts. None of it happens without partners like you.

Announcing New Logo

Over the past 25 years, Tailored for Success has expanded and developed its programs and services. The board of directors thought it was important that our logo reflect this growth.

Working with a freelance creative director, Roger Baldacci (www.rogerbaldacci.com), a new logo was developed to convey a clean contemporary look, that visually demonstrated the professionalism and upward progression we envision for our clients. The new logo was unveiled at the 25th Anniversary Celebration held on November 13, 2025.

The response to the new logo has been very positive and we thank Mr. Baldacci for his vision.

Interview 101

Group video interview

In order to ensure that each client is prepared for the interview process, starting in December, all clients must attend an introductory workshop Interview 101.

During this workshop, individuals will be given the basics of how to interview, what to wear, how to answer tough interview questions, how to follow-up and an overview of different dress codes.

The Interview 101 workshop will be held virtually and sessions will be recorded for individuals unable to make the live workshop. A recording of the workshop will also be placed on our YouTube channel for reference.

Your Impact in Action: Boots2Suits

Tailored For Success Boots2Suits program

On November 20, your generosity gave 25 veterans more than professional attire. It gave them dignity, confidence, and a tangible path forward.

What you made possible:

  • Professional suits and headshots for every veteran who walked through our doors

  • A financial literacy workshop that sparked real conversations about stability

  • A pop-up Career Closet where 25 veterans emerged in suits that fit not just their bodies, but their aspirations

The nervous energy in the room at 8 AM turned into renewed confidence by noon. Coffee and pastries became conversations. Uncertainty became possibility. And it happened because you believed this work matters.

Through our continued partnership with MassHire, the Career Closet remains open and ready to help jobseekers look and feel their best.

From free professional clothing to personalized support, we’re helping you step into interviews with confidence and clarity.
