Tailored For Success, Inc. (TFS) is a not for profit organization dedicated to assisting economically disadvantaged women, men and youth with resources to build their self-esteem and self-confidence.
Since our inception in 2000, we have provided thousands of job seekers with free high quality business attire, interview coaching and conducted hundreds of personal and professional development workshops. TFS not only provides two suits for interviews and/or job fairs but also clothing for everyday – which is vitally important to individuals starting new jobs.
Tailored For Success, Inc. is a proud member of The Women’s Alliance, a national organization of independent, community-based sister organizations who provide professional attire, career skills, training and related services to low income women and families.
TFS serves clients from the Greater Boston area that are referred from social/human services organizations. Our “referral only” policy enables us to focus our attention on the unique needs of clients, many of whom come from domestic violence or homeless shelters, job training and reentry programs.
